WHAT Richmond City Councilman Doug Conner, South Central 9th District, will hold a South Richmond Community Cleanup. This is a free event and all individuals, community groups, businesses, families, friends, neighbors, and organizations are invited to come out and help. Community volunteers and participants include: Southside Baptist Christian School, Richmond Outreach Center, and Virginia Commonwealth University.
