Vote Online Now: Councilman Chris A. Hilbert calls on Metro-Richmond Community to Vote Now (and Daily) for VCU Men's Basketball Coach, Shaka Smart to win the Infiniti Coaches' Charity Challenge: Friends Association for Children would receive $100,000

WHAT (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) -- The Honorable Chris A. Hilbert, Councilman, Richmond City Council Northside 3rd Voter District, today calls on the entire Metro-Richmond Community to vote online now (and daily) for Virginia Commonwealth University Men's Basketball Coach, Shaka Smart to win the Infiniti Coaches' Charity Challenge.
Coach Smart is one of four finalists in the challenge and, if he wins, his chosen local charity, Friends Association for Children, would receive $100,000.
The voting process includes the following:
1. Go to the ESPN Website, using the following link:

2. Check the box on the photo of Coach Shaka Smart
3. Click submit (if not registered with ESPN, click link to register and then submit again)
4. Vote daily
Friends Association for Children is nonprofit organization that is headquartered at 1004 Saint John Street in Richmond, Virginia. Established in 1871 as an orphanage in Richmond's historic Jackson Ward Neighborhood, Friends Association for Children operates two multi-service child development centers in the city and serves nearly 1,000 children, ages six weeks to 17 years of age. The mission of the organization is to help children and families achieve their potential and become productive citizens.
