Regarding the passing of retired Richmond Police Chief Frank S. Duling, Jr.
(Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) – "My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Chief Frank Duling. His service to our community on behalf of the safety of all our residents is well-known and celebrated even until this day. Chief Duling was a man of integrity and honor and his more than four decades of respected leadership proved his commitment, grace and dedication to helping make Richmond an even better and safer place to live. Chief Duling leaves deep footprints and a noble legacy for all to revere and emulate and his service will be remembered for many generations to come."
