WHAT (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) -- The Honorable Ellen F. Robertson, Councilwoman, Richmond City Council, Gateway 6th Voter District, encourages everyone to attend the 5th Annual Hull Street Festival in Richmond, Virginia. This successful fun-filled family event is hosted by the Hull Street Merchants Association and is free and open to the public. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.
This year's Hull Street Festival will include, but is not limited to, the following important attractions:
