invited and encouraged to attend
WHAT         (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) -- The Honorable Kathy Graziano, Councilwoman, Richmond City Council Southwest 4th Voter District, will be holding a special meeting for the
Richmond Southwest 4th Voter District regarding the financing of the Mayor’s
Economic Development Plan for Shockoe Bottom and the Boulevard. This meeting
will focus specifically on the financing of the Mayor’s Plan and will include a
presentation and discussion. 
                             The event is free
and open to the public and all residents of the Richmond Southwest 4th Voter District are
invited and encouraged to attend.
