WHAT (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) –
The Honorable Andreas D. Addison, Richmond City Council, Richmond West End 1st Voter
District, will hold a "State of the District" meeting for the Richmond
West End 1st Voter District with The Honorable
Liz B. Doerr, School Board Member, Richmond Public Schools Board of Trustees,
Richmond West End 1st Voter District. This meeting is free and open to the
public and all Richmond West End 1st Voter District residents are invited and
