All Alumni who attended Armstrong High School between 1953 and 1986 are invited to attend.
         
WHAT          (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) The Honorable Cynthia I. Newbille, Councilwoman, Richmond City Council, Richmond East End 7th Voter District, encourages all Alumni of Richmond Public Schools Armstrong High School from 1953 to 1986 to attend an Armstrong Alumni East End Transformation Update meeting. This meeting is being convened by the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) to give the alumni of the school an opportunity to view details of the commemoration of Richmond Public Schools Armstrong High School prior to its presentation to the community at large.
