for the Reynolds Community College Culinary Institute

WHAT (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) – The
Honorable Cynthia I. Newbille, Councilwoman, Richmond City Council, Richmond
East End 7th Voter District, cordially invites and encourages all Richmond East
End 7th Voter District residents to attend the upcoming meeting to discuss
plans for the J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Culinary Institute to be located at 25th Street
and Nine Mile Road.
The
meeting is being held for the community to learn more about the school, its
offerings, impacts, and to share thoughts and ask questions. The event is free
and open to the public and free refreshments will be provided.
