Councilwoman, Richmond City Council, Richmond North Central 2nd Voter District,
will hold a news conference regarding the proposed GRTC Transit Company bus stop
on North Davis Avenue and bus turnaround on West Grace Street in the Richmond North
Central 2nd Voter District. Richmond North Central 2nd Voter District residents
