WHAT           Richmond, Virginia - The Honorable Cynthia I. Newbille, Councilmember, Richmond City Council, Richmond East End 7th Voter District, will hold a meeting for the Richmond East End 7th Voter District. The planned agenda for this meeting includes the following:
