WHAT Richmond,
Virginia - The Honorable Chris A. Hilbert, Councilmember, Richmond City
Council, Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District, will hold a community meeting regarding
the recent shooting on Avondale Avenue in the Richmond Northside 3rd Voter
District. Scheduled attendees include the following:
