Councilman, Richmond City Council Northside 3rd Voter District, will hold a Meeting for residents of the Richmond Northside 3rd Voter
District regarding the Mayor’s Economic
Development Plan for Shockoe Bottom and the Boulevard. The meeting will include
a presentation and discussion. 
                             The event is free
and open to the public and all residents of the Richmond Northside 3rd Voter
District are invited and encouraged to attend.
