District, invites all to a luncheon to
celebrate Mrs. Brandi Daniels 
                       for
being selected in October as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Health Equity Council 2016 Health Equity
Hero Award recipient. The award recognizes individuals for their outstanding work
regarding disparities   in health care. 
                                    Mrs. Daniels is the Executive Director of the East District Family Resource
Center and the Youth Health Equity Leadership Institute, located in Richmond,
Virginia. 
                                    This
event is free and open to the public and everyone is invited and all invited
and encouraged to attend.
