Legislation regarding
monuments and Larus Park to be continued
(Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) - Two pieces of Richmond City Council legislation, Ordinance
No. 2017-087, regarding a contract with Chesterfield and the construction
of water facilities on Larus Park, and Resolution
No. 2017-R075, regarding authority to remove monuments on Monument Avenue
granted by Virginia General Assembly, that were scheduled to be discussed today
during the Richmond City Council Land Use, Housing, and Transportation Standing
Committee, will not be heard today and will be continued to another date.
