Fair Valentine's Day Event & Celebration for the Richmond East End 7th

Free Event: All Richmond East End 7th Voter District seniors (55 and older) and caregivers are
invited and encouraged to attend
WHAT (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) – The Honorable Cynthia I. Newbille, Councilwoman,
Richmond City Council, Richmond East End 7th Voter District, will hold a 2018 Senior Informational
Fair Valentine's Day Event & Celebration for Richmond East End 7th
Voter District senior citizens. This event is free and open to the public and
Councilwoman Newbille invites and encourages all Richmond East End 7th Voter
District seniors (55 and older) and caregivers to attend. The scheduled event will
