Councilmember Newbille to hold virtual

WHAT Richmond, Virginia -
Councilmember Cynthia I. Newbille, Richmond
City Council, Richmond East End 7th Voter District, will hold virtual meetings

held online through Zoom. She invites those interested in participating to
