Councilman Hilbert to hold an Honorary Street Naming
Designation Unveiling Ceremony
Designating the 3100 block of Hawthorne Avenue in honor of Mr. Clarence

WHAT Richmond,
Virginia - The Honorable Chris A. Hilbert, Councilman, Richmond City
Council, Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District, will hold an Honorary Street
Naming Designation Unveiling Ceremony in the Richmond Northside 3rd Voter
District.
The
Honorary Street Naming Designation Unveiling Ceremony recognizes the important
life and legacy of Mr. Clarence Lee
Townes, Jr. Establishment of the designation was part of legislation
recently passed by Richmond City Council that can be found on the Richmond City
