WHAT Richmond, Virginia
- The Honorable Michael J. Jones, Councilman, Richmond City Council,
Richmond South Central 9th Voter District, has changed all his previously
scheduled dates for meetings he plans to hold in 2019 for the Richmond South
Central 9th Voter District. They have been changed from the second to the third
Thursday of the month. The new dates include the following:
