Richmond City Council Compensation Review Advisory Committee to hold a public input meeting

All Richmond Residents invited and encouraged to attend

WHAT          (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) - The Richmond City Council Compensation Review Advisory Committee will hold a meeting to receive public input regarding the review of the compensation structure for Richmond City Council members.

                              The meeting is free and open to the public and all Richmond Residents are invited and encouraged to attend to offer comments and suggestions to the committee.

                              The Richmond City Council Compensation Review Advisory Committee was established by Ordinance No. 2015-160-172 (adopted September 14, 2015/and is available on the Council website, at http://eservices.ci.richmond.va.us/applications/clerkstracking/getPDF.asp?NO=2015-160-172 ).

Councilwoman Reva M. Trammell to hold 2015 Richmond Southside 8th Voter District Senior Citizens’ Resource Fair

6th Annual Event: All Richmond Southside 8th Voter District residents invited and encouraged to attend

WHAT          (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) - The Honorable Reva M. Trammell, Councilwoman, Richmond City Council, Richmond Southside 8th Voter District, will hold a Richmond Southside 8th Voter District Senior Citizens’ Resource Fair.

Held for the sixth consecutive year, the event is free and open to the public and Councilwoman Trammell invites and encourages all Richmond Southside 8th Voter District Seniors (55 and older), caregivers and people with disabilities to attend. The event will include information and resources regarding the following:

·         Complementary food and beverages will be served
·         Flu Shots
·         Blood Pressure Checks
·         Health Screenings
·         Safety information
·         Health Care
·         Fitness
·         Nutrition
·         Recreation
·         Lots of Freebies
