WHAT            Richmond, Virginia - Councilmember Cynthia I. Newbille, Richmond City Council, Richmond East End 7th Voter District, will hold a virtual meeting for the Richmond East End 7th Voter District. Her individual meeting will be held online through Zoom. Those interested in participating should register in advance at:
