The need for moving the date a week follows a preceding request by Richmond Public Schools for a delay in the submission of their proposed FY 2015 Richmond Public Schools Budget to the Mayor, which is included as part of the Richmond Government Budget. This meeting is free and open to the public and all Richmond residents are invited and encouraged to attend.
