WHAT Richmond, Virginia - Councilmember
Cynthia I. Newbille, Richmond City Council, Richmond East End 7th Voter
District, has temporarily canceled community group meetings she typically holds
for the Richmond East End 7th Voter District. Such meetings will be canceled
until further notice.
