Richmond City Council supports and encourages COVID-19 vaccinations
WHAT Richmond, Virginia – “In light of the alarming incidence of COVID-related infections, hospitalizations, and deaths, Richmond City Council supports the mayor’s vaccination mandate relative to Richmond city staff, as well as the Governor’s strong recommendation for all residents to be vaccinated, for the general safety of all Richmonders.
Residents are
highly encouraged to go directly to the Virginia Department of Health – Richmond
Health District COVID-19 website (vdh.virginia.gov/richmond-city/;
804.205.3501 tel.) for important vaccination information, locations, and
scheduling.”
