Entire Northside 3rd District invited and encouraged to attend
WHAT Richmond City Councilman Chris A. Hilbert, Northside 3rd District, will hold a 2009 End-of-Year Meeting for all residents of the Northside 3rd District. The event will include live music, food, fun and festivity. The meeting is free and all Northside 3rd District citizens are invited and encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served. This will be Councilman Hilbert’s final meeting for the year, which are held on a regular basis throughout the year to include updates and information on his goals and accomplishments; a topical agenda of current interest; special guests; and, a time to discuss concerns and questions.
The agenda/special guests for this meeting will include:
• Musical performances by Richmond Public Schools:
- John Marshall High School
- Richmond Community High School
- Stuart Elementary School
• Recognition of civic association leaders for their work throughout the year.
• Refreshments
