WHAT The Honorable Ellen F. Robertson, Councilwoman, Richmond City Council, Gateway 6th District invites all Gateway 6th District residents to a 2011 Highland Park Christmas Social. All Gateway 6th District citizens are invited and encouraged to attend. Parking is Free. The event will include:

The Richmond Department of Parks Recreation and Community Facilities Ann Hardy Plaza Community Center is owned and operated by the City of Richmond. The Center is located in Richmond's Northside 6th Voting District and provides programs and services for all Richmond residents. The center includes a meeting room, computer lab, multi-purpose room and restrooms. Outside the center there is one basketball court and a playground. Recreation programs and classes include:
