WHAT        (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) - With respect for the first responders and families affected by the shooting incident this afternoon at the Greyhound Bus Station, The Honorable Charles R. Samuels, Councilman, Richmond City Council, Richmond North Central 2nd Voter District, in Richmond, Virginia, has canceled his district-wide meeting scheduled for tonight for the Richmond North Central 2nd Voter District.
