WHAT          (Richmond, Virginia U.S.A.) - The Honorable Ellen F. Robertson, Councilwoman, Richmond City Council, and The Honorable Shonda Harris-Muhammed, Board Trustee, Richmond Public Schools Board of Trustees, will hold a Joint Special Meeting for the Richmond Gateway 6th Voter District to address the future of Overby-Sheppard Elementary School and the redevelopment of the Highland Grove Neighborhood.
