Councilman Agelasto to hold Honorary
Street Naming Designation Unveiling Ceremony for Mr. Percy J. Minor, Sr.

The Honorable Parker C. Agelasto, Councilman, Richmond City Council, Richmond
Central 5th Voter District, will hold an Honorary Street Naming Designation
Unveiling Ceremony commemorating the designation of the 2400 block of Bainbridge
Street in Richmond, Virginia, on behalf of Mr. Percy J. Minor, Sr. This event
was rescheduled from Saturday, December 15, 2018, due to inclement weather.

This honorary street naming designation was established
by Richmond City Council Ordinance #2018-178, which was adopted on June 25, 2018.
Councilman Agelasto invites all Richmond
Central 5th Voter District residents to attend.
Immediately following the ceremony, volunteers will launch a Neighborhood Community Cleanup in Mr. Minor’s Swansboro Neighborhood. The Cleanup is scheduled to take place from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. All are welcome to join in.
