(Richmond, Virginia U.S.A. 9.20.2024) – Effective September
17, 2024, Latesha Holmes resigned her employment with the City. This
resignation was voluntary. She has been employed as Council Chief of Staff
since January 9, 2023. The Council thanks her for her service and wishes her
well in her future projects.
