Million
Council strengthened Richmond Gun Violence
Prevention and Intervention Framework, with targeted budget transfer of $1.1

Ordinance 2025-275)
Funding for Opioid Recovery and Support Programs
Council adopted several proposed Ordinances for funding opioid recovery and support.
Special Use Permits
Council acted on numerous proposed Special
Use Permit Ordinances for properties in the city.
