Councilman Chris A. Hilbert invites community to attend 2011 Christmas on MacArthur Avenue Celebration

All families, friends and neighbors are invited and encouraged to attend

WHAT The Honorable Chris A. Hilbert, Councilman, Richmond City Council, Northside 3rd District, invites and encourages the entire community to come out and enjoy the 2011 Christmas on MacArthur Avenue Celebration activities being held on MacArthur Avenue in Richmond’s Northside 3rd District. This sixth- annual event is free and open to the public.

Festivities will include:
• Richmond Public Schools - Holton Elementary School Choir
• Richmond Public Schools - John Marshall High School Marching Band
• Richmond Public Schools - Huguenot High School Drum Line
• Richmond Corvette Club
• Vendors with handmade arts and crafts
• Donations for the nonprofit Toys for Tots program.
• Children are encouraged to bring new or gently used unwrapped toys and register to win a new bike.
