with providing oversight of certain projects and priorities,
Richmond City Council established
the Richmond City Council
Navy Hill Development Advisory Commission to assist with providing
advice concerning a development proposal in the Navy Hill Neighborhood -- an
area in downtown Richmond generally bounded on the west by N. 5th Street, on
the north by E. Leigh Street, on the east by N. 10th Street, and on the south
by E. Marshall Street -- introduced by the Richmond Mayor.
